You may have to perform an update for all of these to show up (Menu->Setup->Support->Software Update). Not all models have firmware available at the time of this writting, the roll-out will be done by the end of March.
The Media Link and Web Browser apps are currently only supported on LCD TVs. They will be added to Plasmas on March 25. They will be added to the Smart TV Upgrader in June.
