Telelvision: Netflix Bandwidth Issue

Q. Is there an adequte connection speed?
A. A minimum connection speed of 1.5Mbps is recommened. For highest quailty picture, a connection speed of 4.0Mbps is required.
Q. Is any other activity on the network?
A. The network connection may be affected by other activity on a network, such as online gaming, file sharing or other streaming video.
Q. Has bandwidth been tested?
A. Bandwidth is the amount of data transferred on a web site or server within a specific amount of time, measured in kilobytes. Analyzing bandwidth shows website traffic. To test bandwidth please visit these websites: www.speakeasy.net/speedtest or www.speedtest.net
-Keep in mind that the more information or "internet traffic" being sent to a home PC affects bandwidth, and may slow down video streaming.
   
The Quality meter during movie retrieval corresponds to the following bandwidth requirements:
