1. On the icemaker itself, there should be a power switch. It may have an "I" and an "O" located on the front of the panel. The "I" is the on switch. If it is off press the āIā to switch to the on position. On a Custom Cube Icemaker, a light will appear on the LED column to indicate the size selected.
2. If the feeler arm makes contact with the ice in the ice bin, icemaker will assume that ice bin is full which may stop the operation of ice production. In this case Icemaker is working properly.
3. To check for a frozen feeler arm, move feeler arm up and down several times. If the feeler arm moves freely, feeler arm is not frozen. If it feels like it has to be forced to move, or does not move at all, unplug unit until feeler arm moves. To prevent this issue from happening, reduce water pressure by the saddle pressure valve and set icemaker on a smaller cube size.
4. If the water in the tube is frozen, it may be necessary to thaw water tube. To do this, fill a bowl with lukewarm water and place tube inside bowl of warm water until thawed. Also try dampening a cloth with warm water and wrap around tube until thawed completely.
